Chiropractors
When vertebrae are misaligned and compressing spinal nerves even slightly, there will not be optimal communication between the brain and body. Most people think of going to a chiropractor when they have back pain. But only a small percentage of nerves send pain signals. The rest of the spinal nerves activate organs, glands, and systems. Even slight compression of the nerves that feed the organs can result in a dramatic reduction in communication and function. By aligning the vertebrae (removing “subluxations”), chiropractic care ensures that the whole body can function at 100% capacity.
In addition to Koren Specific Technique, Dr. Nina is also skilled in traditional manual adjustments, which gives her the versatility to manage many different types of patients. From newborn to adult to elder, Dr. Nina knows that every patient is unique and she is able to tailor her care to their individual needs.

Personal Trainers
As the decades go by, we begin to naturally lose valuable muscle mass. Not only do we lose strength and tone, but less muscle mass also decreases our metabolism, setting us up for a cycle of weight gain. It is vital to maintain your muscle mass, not only to look your best but to stay healthy and strong throughout your body, all the way down to your bones. Our favorite personal trainers are extremely knowledgeable, educated, and experienced. They ensure a safe, effective, educational, and results oriented experience.
Pilates
Pilates focuses on training the mind and body to work together towards overall fitness. Most traditional exercise programs focus only on strengthening the large muscle groups, ignoring the deeper and smaller stabilizing muscles. Pilates strengthens the core trunk muscles from the inside out. Through controlled and concentrated movements centered with breath awareness and dynamic spinal and abdominal stabilization, Pilates helps develop proper postural alignment along with more uniform and longer, leaner muscles.
Yoga Studios
Yoga practice cultivates well-being of mind and body through a variety of mechanisms. There are many different styles of yoga – our partners offer an array of amazing classes, power vinyasa, restorative, Hatha, gentle, meditation, sound healing… the list goes on. If you are new to yoga, check out the website of the studio near you, and treat yourself to a class! If you have been practicing yoga already, this would be the perfect time to practice more regularly!
